Kane refuses Senate committee request for documents; panel plans to issue subpoena

Kane’s office Friday issued a statement saying she will not comply with the committee’s request because she contends that it has no lawful authority to take such actions under the state constitution.

She said the Constitutional clause under which the committee is operating would only allow it to remove Kane if she had become mentally incompetent… (more)

  1. Is it possible that a strategic move was made by her defense to force the hand of her retaliators to make this all simply be put to court? If so, good move.

    Kathleen Kane – Pennsylvania Has Your Back she is definitely putting the ball back in their court resulting in more transparency on just how corrupt this system absolutely is.
