Flood In Russia

REPORT REGARDING THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY

Good Morning. We are here today because a terrible tragedy was allowed to occur over many years at Penn State University, one in which many children were repeatedly victimized and gravely harmed.
