Last F & M poll has President Obama holding slim lead over Mitt Romney in Pennsylvania

From the HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS:

…The poll, released Wednesday, found Obama edging Romney, 49 percent to 45 percent among likely voters, with 4 percent undecided.

Obama’s lead in Pennsylvania has narrowed. In September, the F&M poll showed Obama leading Romney, 52 percent to 43 percent, with 3 percent undecided.

The new poll also shows U.S. Sen. Bob Casey Jr., D-Pa., leading Republican challenger Tom Smith, 48 percent to 39 percent. Smith’s name recognition has improved in recent months, due largely to a heavy TV ad blitz. But Casey has campaigned more aggressively and launched his own array of TV spots…

  1. Left-winger Madonna always “polls” more Democrats than Republicans, so it stand to reason that the Democrats would usually appear to be in the lead.

    There has never been anything ‘fair and balanced’ about Madonna, ot the media outlets (WGAL and LNP) that incessantly quote him.
