The Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority has emerged as the sole remaining bidder for the Harrisburg incinerator.
Harrisburg Receiver William Lynch made the announcement today at a by-weekly update meeting for Harrisburg’s financial recovery.
Lynch said negotiations between his team and the Lancaster authority will begin this week. Few details have emerged, as the negotiations are being conducted behind closed doors…
