At the Thursday, June 18 ribbon cutting ceremony for the Lancaster County Convention Center, LCCC Authority Executive Director Kevin Molloy gave a speech to commemorate the opening. Molloy concluded by invoking the history of the site, which was once a commercial center for Lancaster City and County but has sat unused for the last decade.
