Headlined “LGH’s gift launches SE satellite”, the article goes on to report:
“When SouthEast Lancaster [Health Services] finalized its purchase of a former ad agency building at 333 N. Arch St. last Monday, it did so with about $2.5 million from the hospital.
LGH also will contribute another $1.2 million in operating subsidies to help SouthEast get its newest medical clinic up and running.”
WATCHDOG: Very commendable and deserves a wag of the tail. Now what else is the not-for-profit LGH going to do to serve the public with the remaining $107 million it earned last year as the third most profitable hospital in the state?
