HUFFINGTON POST: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dismissed any idea that she might step down from the bench anytime soon in an interview with Yahoo News published Thursday.
“All I can say is that I am still here and likely to remain for a while,” Ginsburg said, responding to liberals who are urging her to retire so Obama can fill her spot with another like-minded justice.
Yahoo reports the 81-year-old Ginsburg said she looks to former Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis, who retired at 82, as an example of why she should stay… (more)
