Can someone tell me what is the proper length of an investigation? I’m sure Police departments and DA offices across the state would also like to know. If there is such a statute, shouldn’t it apply to all criminal cases and not just the politically motivated ones?
EDITORS: There are statutes of limitations for most, if not all, crimes. But researching history has none.
