Opting out of PSSA tests does disservice to kids

WILKES-BARRE CITIZENS VOICE Editorial: Parents who choose to use an opt-out provision for their children scheduled to take the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment exam may be doing a disservice to the children and education in general.
