OMG another red or pink or something line. Since Ukraine is not a member of NATO, Kerry just drew his line beyond Ukraine. If Ukraine didn’t already know, they are on their own. So is Israel for that matter.
EDITOR: When Ukraine agreed to relinquish its atomic weapons, the USA and Russia guaranteed their borders. We have conveniently forgotten that treat obligations. That is not to say so doing is a mistake.
