House Votes to Sue Obama for Delaying Obamacare Mandate

The vote to sue Obama was 225 to 201. Five conservative Republicans voted with Democrats in opposing the lawsuit: Reps. Paul Broun of Georgia, Scott Garrett of New Jersey, Walter Jones of North Carolina, Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Steve Stockman of Texas. No Democrats voted for it.

EDITOR: If the majority Republican House members sincerely believe that the President has overstepped his powers, suing is a reasonable way to challenge his interpretation of the law. Historically, the Supreme Court has avoided adjudicating such differences. But this is not an ordinary Court; it is a right wing apparachek.
