Harrisburg has moved forward on debt solution, now county and AGM must help

The path out of this mess has been clear for a while: The city has to sell or lease some of its assets and raise taxes. The state-appointed receiver is moving forward with the sale of the city’s trash incinerator and the lease of its parking garages…

One way or another, the county and AGM will have to pay something. Surely it is better to negotiate now…  (more)
