Gray wins third term as Mayor of Lancaster

First, our congratulations to Rick Gray on being elected for a third term as mayor.

Second, our thanks to Charlie Smithgall for his courageous efforts as a Republican in a city that is overwhelmingly Democrat.

The Smithgall campaign served to point out areas for improvement in the management of the city. Mayor Gray would be wise to pay heed to constructive criticism.
