What hasn’t been publicly disclosed is that Graci is a friend of Eakin’s who helped Eakin get re-elected when he was up for retention in 2011. News clips from 2011 describe Graci as a “longtime Eakin friend” and a “campaign spokesman” who was quoted defending Eakin’s prolific fundraising. Eakin was retained in that election for a second 10-year term on the high court…

The Daily News seems to be trying to climb out of the hole they dud for themselves by commencing the attack on Attorney General Kathleen Kane by exposing her as their alleged source of a grand jury leak.
Evidence is piling up that various rating agencies are correct in relegating Pennsylvania state government to the bottom ten states for corruption. So we are we prosecuting the person who is trying to clean up the message rather than the actual perpetrators?
