HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS: Among those charged are former state Sen. Robert Mellow and Joseph Brimmeier, the former CEO of the turnpike. Kane is announcing the charges in a press conference that began at 11 a.m.
“These men were using the Turnpike to line their pockets and to influence elections,” Kane said in a statement.
