Commissioner Martin to Propose a Funding Plan for the Lancaster County Convention Center

Scott Martin has consistently opposed raising taxes for any reason, and he has repeatedly voted to cut County government funding for a wide variety of programs. It will be interesting to see what his conservative solution might be to deal with the single biggest taxpayer subsidy for private business in Lancaster County history.
