LCCCA Approves the Convention Center Financing Plan Collaboration Agreement
LANCASTER County Press Release: Commissioner Martin today praised the Lancaster County Convention Authority Board Members for executing the Convention Center Financing Plan Collaboration Agreement in a 6-0 vote last Thursday evening.
Martin also encouraged the Pennsylvania Dutch Convention and Visitors Bureau and Penn Square Partners to sign off on the plan, and is hopeful that the City of Lancaster will receive affirmation from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development of its participation in the CRIZ program.
Martin added that these items need to happen before the County of Lancaster and Wells Fargo are able to execute their portions of the agreement by January 2014.
