[Gov. Tom] Corbett’s campaign spokesman Billy Pitman said it was “no real surprise” that a “super-wealthy environmental activist is coming to the support of another super-wealthy candidate” who has proposed “a job-killing energy tax” and who leads a party that advocates a ban on fracking.
On [Democrat candidate Tom] Wolf’s campaign, Jeff Sheridan responded: “Given Governor Corbett’s decision to let the oil and gas companies get away with making millions while charging no extraction fee, we’re not surprised to hear this.” … (more)
EDITOR: The above is a preview of the Corbett campaign: Paint Wolf as ‘super rich” and claim the Democrats want to do away with tracking. The first is a matter of distinction between “rich” and “super rich”. Steyer is and Wolf Isn’t. The second is nonsense.
