AG Kathleen Kane says removal attempt is ‘unconstitutional,’ plans to appoint special prosecutors

  1. Why is it that Attorney Generals from Scranton get removed? First there was Ernie the attorney and now Kane. Ernie was a crook but Kane is just plain goofy.

  2. “The Constitution specifically enumerates those offices subject to impeachment.” This is incorrect, Steve. You’re referring to another clause, not impeachment.
