The six and a half million [spent for the Freeh Report] is all the tax payers money. Every dime. [Penn] State is a public school. What did we learn that justified that kind of expense? Why not pay him $149,000,000? How about half a billion? Why stop there? Say a trillion. That sounds better. One trillion bucks to tell us about these failures.
