An article “Roberts: Presidential address is ‘pep rally’” reports “Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts told an Alabama audience Tuesday that he found the atmosphere ‘very troubling’ at January’s State of the Union Address, during which President Obama criticized the high court.
