Tax exempt real estate and health care killing city

Mayor Gray told a group of late, 42% of the city property owners are non-profit therefore tax exempt which is common all over.  This is the killer for both city and school taxes.

City cannot continue to fight the UNIONS via Harrisburg Act 111 which needs revised badly.  Just for example, today, the city pays approx. $20,000per year per fireman for health insurance which is mandated via the state.  Things like this are killing government.

Someone has to EDUCATE all of the public to all of the issues.  They have no clue where their taxes go and want more services as the taxes go up.  School Districts are having to cut sports programs and other programs that children need as the funds are drying up.
