Editorial “It Figures” states “The governor wasn’t in such a hurry to pass a budget that he didn’t force legislators to give him (and themselves) a $600 million fund for handing our gifts (while cutting money for libraries)…. Eric Eptstein, of RockTheCapital.org, calls the budget deal ‘a collective middle finger into the reform eyeball of every Pennsylvania.’”
WATCHDOG: Not only is this gross misuse of bond capacity, the “$2.5 million for offices and stores near Lancaster’s Franklin & Marshall College” is not a community priority and represent crumbs from the feast for him and his Philadelphia cronies. A wag of the tail for the editorial and Eric Epstein, and a wave of the middle toe at the governor!
