The Marcellus Shale Advisory Commission is almost due to turn in its term paper to the governor, but a key section is missing.
The draft is awaiting a chapter of recommendations on what the state should do to improve its oversight and support of the natural gas industry.
Those will be inserted after the panel’s final public meeting on Friday, where members will vote on which proposals from the commission’s four work groups will make it into the report, due July 22…
