Sandusky complains kept in dark concerning charges

Earlier this week, Gerald Sandusky’s counsel filed “Motion to Compel Commonwealth to Provide Defendent with requested Pre-Trial Discovery materials“ with the court

Sandusky’s, lawyer Joseph Amendola, complains in the discovery motion about the number of documents in the case with heavy redactions.  Apparently Sandusky doesn’t have very much information about the case.

The judge may order the Attorney General’s office to turn over everything without redactions.
