EDITOR: Of course Obamacare is “bad news” in many ways. It was hobbled together to satisfy the very special interests that need to be reformed or eliminated!

Its purpose was to assure access to medical care for tens of millions who otherwise had no insurance coverage. The sensible alternative, Medicare for Everyone, which is similar to the health care system of other advanced nations, will have to wait.

Meanwhile the nation squandered about 18% of its Gross National Product on health care costs, when the best in the world, France, only spends 11% and other nations with far better health care results spend an even lower percentage.
