According to the CRIZ page at the Lancaster City web site,
“The next meeting of the Board is scheduled for May 26, at 4:00 pm in the City Commission Meeting Room, City Hall.”

So we drove downtown, parked in front of the Library, deposited nine quarters in a meter, and crossed the street to City Hall.
There we signed in, got an identification badge, and was directed to the Commissioner Meeting Room.
We arrived at 3:55 PM. The room was pleasantly cool, but no one else was there. By 4:10 PM, we gave up waiting, returned our badge, and headed back to the office.
We aren’t surprise that Patterson has screwed up on the small things as he does on the big.
But we wonder how we can get back our nine quarters.
