Randomly drug testing a 10-year old three times?

HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS Editorial: Does Susquenita Middle School have such rampant drug abuse that it needs to randomly test a well-behaved student like 10-year old Natalie Cassell three times in one school year?

And even if widespread drug use is an issue at the school, is there any evidence that the school’s approach — randomly testing students only when they join extracurricular activities — does anything to reduce drug abuse?…

And unless the Susquenita school can produce that evidence, its random drug testing of students violates the Pennsylvania Constitution… (more)
