  1. Given PA’s tax policies I am not surprised. It goes like this. Repressive taxes = fewer jobs. Fewer jobs = fewer people who want to live here = anemic population growth.

    I wonder how many of the 12 million+ residents are here illegally? Would PA have a net population loss without those here illegally? Probably.

  2. Very good news! Now if we can just stop paving over the land we have we’ll be in great shape!

    The article also helps to point out that the affordable housing crisis is mostly a farce. Obviously residential construction has not stopped and the number of occupants per dwelling has dropped.
