Penn Square Partners and City have rejected Martin Plan

According to [a resource deemed reliable], both PSP and the City have rejected the Martin Plan. No real surprise here, the Martin Plan asks both parties to actually pay money towards the CC, why would they support that?

Well…I guess they can always close the doors on that facility asa “Convention Center”, sell the ‘footprint’ to an outside investor, and bring in a Casino. Far be it from the taxpayers to stand in the way of PSP!!!!
