Paterno name does not impress progressives

HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS: When former Penn State assistant football coach Jay Paterno announced he would run for lieutenant governor on the Democratic ticket, many figured the Nittany Lion scion’s name recognition alonewould up-end the race, but it turns out not to be true – at least among the progressive wing of the party.
