PA Sen. Pat Toomey voted against continuing appropriations for the fiscal year, 2014

In contrast to Sen. Pat Toomey, PA Sen. Bob Casey voted to continue appropriations in order to re-open the federal government.

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune: “Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Zionsville, voted against increasing the debt burden, saying, “I cannot support piling hundreds of billions of dollars of debt on current and future generations of Americans without even a sliver of reform to start putting our fiscal house in order.”
