Rafael Robb is scheduled to be paroled next Monday the 28th of Jan after serving only 5 years for bludgeoning his wife to death with a crowbar.
Wife’s family was not given the required 90 day’s notice to allow them to testify at the parole hearing in violation of state law. 5 years for bludgeoning your wife to death seems rather light.
