Was at the Regency Square Subway today. It is across the entrance from a Dollar Store and down from Good Will. May I tell you that it was packed with shoppers and the Good Will Store also!!!!
Then again the mall was packed this weekend, at least the parking lot as I do not shop. As they are all saying, the recession is over.

EPA for example has passed action that ANY person working on a building built before 1978 MUST take a lead base paint course, and register with the Feds. IF you do not do so and are caught working on a building built before 1978, you will get a warning and if you continue to do so even if it is your rental, your own rental, it is 37,000 per day. That’s right and already the cases are lining up.

Banks!!!!!!! In the past you paid an accountant to show a little tax as possible. Today, you cannot buy a home and finance it without showing on paper you can afford it and CASH you have to show where you got it.
