EDITOR: As in Iraq and Afghanistan, Syria and the Ukraine, the above provides credence to why President Barack Obama is hesitant to supply money and arms until there is reasonable assurance that they will be used for the reasons intended. Under Obama, we have policies predicated upon evidence, not myths. This applies to both domestic and foreign affairs. Our fear is what is to follow.
