“But top law enforcement officials and child welfare experts say the only thing unusual about Polk County is that its sheriff, Grady Judd, happens to pursue child-porn enthusiasts with more fervor and resources than most.”
WATCHDOG: We contend people should be punished for what harm they do, not for what they think. Otherwise we would all be in prison.
The argument on the other side is that visiting these sites encourages victimization of children through photographing them.
