As a result, the museum was forced to suspend its capital campaign.”
WATCHDOG: Sound familiar? This was exactly what happened with the promised state funds for the expansion of the Lancaster Public Library, when at the last minute the funds were redirected towards covering the legendary “$20 million gap” for the convention center.
