WATCHDOG: Growl! The implication above is that the very act of banning marijuana is evidence that it “destroys lives and families.” If we needed only to be advised by law rather than evidence, then African-Americans should still be slaves, Gays should remain in the closet, women should not be allowed to vote, and beer and wine should still be prohibited. Perhaps the editors will share with us plebeians the fount of their knowledge concerning how “pot destroys lives and families”, let alone how this occurs when bringing relief to serious medical conditions.
