All gag orders except perhaps pretrial gag orders, should be illegal as should all legal settlements with a public agency. How many times do we see firms and govt agencies settle for a fine with no admission of guilt. Can you believe that in the entire financial meltdown of the past few years, caused by govt and private industry alike, no one has gone to jail? I cant!
