Thanks for the link. The Lancaster Newspaper has a way of running articles long after their implications are yet actionable. Newslanc crusaded for over a decade against the way General Hospital was gouging the public and screamed when they were merged into the U of P hospital system, a billion dollar community asset simply given away as though we couldn’t use the money elsewhere if so to a private party. Of course some insiders likely benefited.
