So the partisans on the Supreme Court told the Disciplinary Board to send it their way so they can suspend her. They are swinging for the fence.
If the trial turns out to be trumped up, like I think it is, they would have no grounds to suspend her license. If she is found guilty then they could justifiably suspend her license. Only in Pennsylvania.
