Let Penn Square Partners pick up the tab

In todays (3/12/13) morning paper, Bernard Harris does another shill piece for Penn Square Partners.

Why not leave all the existing agreements in place and just have Penn Square Partners make up any financial shortfall.

That should appease Wells Fargo, the hoteliers and all Lancaster County taxpayers. This was PSP’s brainchild, they are the ones most benefitting from this venture, and they should be the ONLY ones held
responsible for is financial condition.
