Mike Brubaker is calling on his fellow legislators to forgo their cost-of-living adjustments in their paychecks for two years….   the senator says his proposal would ensure that ‘none of the state government officials included in (this) legislation would receive additional compensation while other individuals and groups who rely on state funding are asked to endure a wage freeze.’”
