Kathleen Kane’s law license suspension appeal moving through court

LEHIGH VALLEY MORNING CALL:   Kathleen Kane‘s fight to get her suspended law license back and possibly keep her job as state attorney general is moving through the court system.

On Thursday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court told the disciplinary board for lawyers that it has until Jan. 20 to respond to Kane’s petition for reinstatement.

Kane, a Democrat from Scranton, filed the petition Monday, a day before a state Senate committee was to hold its last hearing on whether she should be removed from office based on the high court’s indefinite suspension of her law license…  (more)
