WATCHDOG: Whoever forgot to file deserves a raise. Name recognition is gold when running against a long time incumbent like (what is his name?) Herr got a couple of thousand dollars in ‘earned advertisement’ for just $200 bucks.
Joe Pitts declined to comment. He is smart enough not to give Herr a second bite at the apple!
