WATCHDOG: Three wags of the tail! It took a long along time coming but they are greatly needed and most welcome.
While I agree that they are needed – please note that they are in communities that can pay the bucks rather than on South Broad Street where they are really needed.
The hospital with it’s 100 million SURPLUS whines about the over-crowding of the emergency rooms – why not put these in the communities that are using ER when they really need this kind of urgent care?
