Article “State police: Man in car exposed self to girls in carriage in Sadsbury Twp.” reports “The girls, ages 11 and 14, were traveling south on Vintage Road in a carriage around 6:30 p.m. when a man passed them traveling north in a white or tan sedan, police said.”
WATCHDOG: We doubt that this did any harm to the girls but rather was a lesson on the sadness of the human plight for some people.
In Europe, men urinate openly by the road side. Was there a need to involve the state police? Why must Americans be so sexually up tight? What makes this event news worthy?

You don’t see a problem with a grown man exposing himself and then calling the girls over ? You think he was going to ask them directions ?
EDITOR: We think the guy has mental problems. The girls won’t see anything they haven’t seen on the farm. It is a lesson to them about the human condition and how to respond. It certainly wasn’t going to traumatize or harm them in any way.
