WATCHDOG: Big news: The LCSWMA that has negotiated the acquisition of the Harrisburg Incinerator has now approved the acquisition of the incinerator.
Not a single word questioning the wisdom of committing approximately $200 million of Lancaster county tax payer’s money to this ambitious venture.
