Editorial “SDL’s secret report” opines:
“The School District of Lancaster has paid one-third of a million dollars to District Management Council – a consulting firm – to evaluate its operations and offer suggestion for improvements… Under current law, SDL has a right to withhold the report. That does not mean the district is right to do so…. If and when the district releases the recommendations, officials should spell out the changes that were rejected and the reasons behind those rejections as well as listing the changes that were made….”
WATCHDOG: The School Board should certainly give serious consideration to the Intell’s suggestion above. A wag of the tale!
