Inform children honestly about drug risks

Legalize marijuana for people with necessary medical conditions over the age of eighteen.

One of the biggest downfalls of marijuana is that it causes short term memory loss while intoxicated on the drug, but luckily research shows that short term memory fully develops for most people by the age of sixteen.

Seems like the positive benefits outweigh the risks, and it is about time we become honest with the public (and mostly importantly children) about the risks of drug use.
